STREAMING - INTERNET CONNECTION FOR THE VR HEADSET
The connection quality of internet service providers, streaming platforms and the connection quality and equipment of any remote guests and viewers, are out of "We" control, and therefore "We" and its officers, directors, agents, employees, representatives, associates, contractors and affiliates cannot be held responsible for technical difficulties that may arise from any of these sources.
PAYMENT
Being of legal age. You affirm that you are 18 of age or over.
Full payment is required on booking. We accept Bank EFT plus Visa and Mastercard. Your credit card transaction is privately and securely handled by Square, Inc.
AUTHORISATION
An authorised credit card must be provided prior to use. These will be used for security in the event that additional hire charges are due or the VR Equipment are lost or damaged.
CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS
Notification of cancellation must be received at least 1 hour prior to booked date for a full refund. No refund will apply if less than 1 hour notice is given. Rescheduling is available at the discretion of "We".
TERMINATION
"We" has the right to terminate the service if the User has been found to have breached the terms or damaged the VR Equipment in any way. The User agrees to return the VR Equipment immediately, to forfeit the remainder of the service and to pay for any damages.
RESERVATIONS
The space is first come, first served, unless a reservation has been made. Reservations aren’t required, but we strongly encourage them.
Reservation Policy
Online reservations must be paid in full. Walk-in reservations must be paid in full at the time of booking.
Late Arrival Policy
If customers do not arrive early to ensure on-time start, we will do our best to accommodate you in our rotation but we cannot hinder other on-time customers.
We ask that you arrive 10 minutes before your scheduled time to ensure an on-time start. All participants will be required to complete a liability waiver before game play.
FACILITY RULES & REGULATIONS
No drugs or alcohol permitted.
No outside food or drinks in VR Room.
No inappropriate behavior or horseplay.
You may be asked to leave at any point, without refund. All guests must follow the instructions of LundinStudio employees at all times. Failure to do so could result in your and your group being asked to leave
*Any damage caused to VR Equipment by you and/or your child, shall be your sole financial liability.
Your Fitness
We recommend consulting with a doctor if you are pregnant, elderly, have psychiatric disorders, suffer from a heart condition, have pre-existing binocular vision abnormalities or other serious medical condition.
Immediately cease use of the VR Equipment if you experience any of the following symptoms: seizures, loss of awareness, eye strain, eye or muscle twitching, involuntary movements, altered, blurred, or double vision or other visual abnormalities, dizziness, disorientation, impaired balance, impaired hand-eye coordination, excessive sweating, increased salivation, nausea, lightheadedness, discomfort or pain in the head or eyes, drowsiness, fatigue, or any symptoms similar to motion sickness. Consult a physician if you have serious and/or persistent symptoms.
Cleaning & Sanitation
"We" staff will disinfect all common areas regularly, including restrooms, front desk, light switches door handles and all high contact surfaces. Additionally, all equipment will be sanitized before and after each use.

MODIFICATION OF THESE TERMS.
"We" reserves the right, at our discretion, to change, modify, add, or remove portions of these Terms of Use at any time (for example to reflect updates to the "We" Service or to reflect changes in the law). If "We" changes these Terms, we will provide you notice of these changes, such as by sending an email, posting a notice on the "We" Service. Please check these Terms and any Guidelines periodically for those changes. Your continued use of the "We" Service after the posting of changes constitutes your binding acceptance of such changes. By uploading and publishing your Broadcaster Content, you represent, and warrant that: (1) you are the creator and owner of the Broadcaster Content or otherwise have sufficient rights and authority to grant the rights granted herein; (2) your Broadcaster Content does not and will not (a) infringe, violate, or misappropriate any third-party right, including any copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, moral right, privacy right, right of publicity, or any other intellectual property or proprietary right or (b) slander, defame, or libel any other person; (3) your Broadcaster Content does not contain any viruses, adware, spyware, worms, or other harmful or malicious code or (4) unless you have received prior written authorization, your Broadcaster Content specifically does not contain any prerelease or non-public beta software or game content or any confidential information of "We" or third parties. "We" reserves all rights and remedies against any Broadcasters who breach these representations and warranties.

Security
"We" uses reasonable security measures in order to attempt to protect Broadcaster Content. However "We" cannot guarantee that there will be no unauthorized copying or distribution of Broadcaster Content nor will "We" be liable for any copying or usage of the Broadcaster Content not authorized by "We". You hereby release and forever waive any claims you may have against "We" for any such unauthorized copying or usage of the Broadcaster Content, under any theory.
THE SECURITY MEASURES TO PROTECT BROADCASTER CONTENT USED BY "We" HEREIN ARE PROVIDED AND USED "AS-IS" AND WITH NO WARRANTIES OR ASSURANCES THAT SUCH SECURITY MEASURES WILL WITHSTAND ATTEMPTS TO EVADE SECURITY MECHANISMS OR THAT THERE WILL BE NO CRACKS, DISABLEMENTS OR OTHER CIRCUMVENTION OF SUCH SECURITY MEASURES.
Termination of Broadcast License
"We" reserves the right, without notice and in our sole discretion, to terminate your license to use the "We" Service (including to post Broadcaster Content), and to block or prevent your future access to and use of the "We" Service. Your only remedy with respect to any dissatisfaction with (1) the "We" Service, (2) any term of these Terms, (3) any policy or practice of "We" in operating the "We" Service, or (4) any content or information transmitted through the "We" Service, is to terminate your account and discontinuing use of any and all parts of the "We" Service. In serious cases of breach of these Terms of Service (for example, infringement of "We"’ intellectual property rights or actions causing it financial loss), "We" may consider it appropriate to take legal action against you (though we will try to resolve matters amicably with you if possible).
